I must have been on every diet known to man, and in the past I have achieved some good weight loss results. The problem for me has been that what I lost, I soon found (again and again).
Sick of being either 'on' or 'off' a diet, I wanted a new approach that focussed not just on what I ate but why I ate. I have long known that I eat when I am bored, stressed or happy, I just didn't know how to break the cycle and develop new strategies to deal with these emotion based situations.
