“I met Claire when she was presenting at one of the Healthy Food Guide cooking classes and felt that she had just the sparky upbeat personality to inspire my overweight 13 year old son.  I was right!  She was able to inform him about how to think about food and make choices in such a positive way that he really started to get it.
