Before I came to Mission Nutrition I was a semi regular gym attendee but offset any gains with poor eating (and drinking) habits. Low energy levels were part of my life and something I had come to accept. After the first meeting I realised that I could change. In a relatively short 13 weeks I have lost the same amount in kg’s (from 87 to 74), doubled my energy levels and am genuinely enjoying the changed eating habits. Mission Nutrition has encouraged me, not to diet, but to permanently change the way I look at nutrition. I have increased gym attendance, entered the Auckland ½ Marathon in November, had to buy new clothes and received continued encouragement and positive comments from friends and colleagues.
Despite the fact that I have reached the initial target I have a set monthly appointment with Mission Nutrition that will continue. Having seen really positive results from only limited knowledge I am encouraged to learn more.
The environment at Mission Nutrition makes the sessions really enjoyable – there are no packaged meals, no support groups, no gimmicks (but plenty of laughs). Its about changing your life for the better.
