I'll help you find a solution to suit you! I love working with my clients to create healthy eating plans that suit their lifestyle and health needs. I have a particular interest in weight/fat loss - for men and women, I am passionate about helping you get results which last! I can’t wait to help YOU reach your goals next. I will help you optimise your nutrition to make sure you are getting everything you need to help you look and feel fantastic every day.


I've worked in nutrition in both NZ and the UK managing successful family weight loss programmes, delivering adult weight management training courses, as well as one-on-one nutrition consulting, and I love seeing how better eating helps my clients achieve healthier, happier lives. My motto? “Live your life confidently, bursting with energy to do the things you love!”


I’m also passionate about sport and fitness – let me help you achieve your fitness goals. I’ve been working in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years, after completing my studies at Massey University, and have always had a strong interest in food, sport and exercise. I have combined my experience in instructing and personal training with my knowledge of specialised nutrition for sports performance to help both weekend warriors and athletes achieve greater results with their training.


Ready to step it up a notch? Book in your one-on-one consultation either in the clinic or through a Skype session. I see clients on Mondays (4 - 7pm), Tuesday & Thursday (8am - 7pm) in Parnell and once a month in Auckland CBD.
