My aim is to help you improve the way you eat and help you make sustainable changes that reflect your goals, schedule and lifestyle. I strongly believe that eating should be for enjoyment and I understand that food is part of the way we socialise and share experiences with others. I will always do my best to find a solution that will not only help you reach your goals, but will mean you are able to enjoy the foods you love.
Sports nutrition is also an area I am passionate about. I have worked alongside a range of athletes from weekend warriors to high performance athletes, helping them achieve peak performance.
