Banana Pops
Not being the biggest banana fan myself, this is one way I don't mind eating this super nutritious fruit. Bananas are a great source of fibre and potassium.
Ingredients
- Several bananas 
- block of dark chocolate 
- ice block sticks or wooden/bamboo skewers 
Toppings
- crushed nuts, crushed walnuts, goji berries, seeds, cinnamon 
How to make
- Peel and cut bananas in half and mount on an ice block stick or shortened wooden/bamboo skewer. 
- Place in freezer in an airtight bag - skewers can be sticking out of one end. 
- When the bananas are frozen, melt your desired amount of chocolate in a pan. 
- Roll bananas in melted dark chocolate then sprinkle with your favourite topping combo such as nuts, seeds, cinnamon, goji berries. 
- Place back in the freezer for the topping to set. When ready take out and ENJOY!
