Colourful Lunching
One of the best things we can do to keep our gut bugs healthy and happy is to have plenty of fibre and a wide variety of foods, and that includes mixing things up when it comes to fruit and veggies.
Here is a colourful lunch idea that looks good, tastes good and IS good!
Ingredients
- Sliced red cabbage 
- Grated carrot 
- Sliced red onion 
- Corn (dry fried to warm it slightly) 
- Avocado 
Adapt it
You could mix through a small dollop of mayo and enjoy with some canned fish plus some seeds for extra healthy fat and fibre.
