Tropical Berry Smoothie Bowl

A super tasty and healthy breakfast or snack that is quick to make!

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 cup of Orchard Gold’s ‘devour your reds’ smoothie collection frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries and pineapple) or 1 cup of mixed frozen berries or frozen fruit of your choice

  • ½ cup milk of your choice

  • 4 tbsp natural yoghurt

  • Fruit/nuts/seeds/granola for topping

How to make

  1. Blend all ingredients together

  2. Add toppings and serve!

    Top tip: If you are using a stick blender or similar, allow the frozen fruit to soften slightly before trying to blend and make sure the pieces of fruit are no more than 2cm cubes.
