My approach

I take an individualised and holistic approach, focusing on everything that makes up a healthy lifestyle (nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress and mindset). 

My aim is to empower you to meet your health and wellbeing goals and become your best self. I understand the importance of making balanced and realistic lifestyle changes and will work with you to ensure your goals are met whilst enjoying delicious food and creating a lifestyle you love!

    (Please note my clinic has a few steps so it is not wheelchair accessible.)

  • I am a New Zealand Registered Dietitian, based in Auckland. 

    I have worked in the nutrition and food space for the past 10 years and have been lucky enough to work with people in the UK, Europe, Australia and back home here in New Zealand.  

    My nutrition passion lies in women’s health (especially perimenopause and menopause), gut health and lifestyle change.  

    I am also a speaker for our Workplace Wellness workshops.

    Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring the outdoors with my two tiny humans, running (or more recently taking up golf lessons!), in the kitchen whipping up some delicious food or head down in a book.  

    I’m looking forward to meeting and working with you!
