Banana Pancakes

Need an idea for morning or afternoon tea?

If you have little people to entertain they can help too!

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas mashed

  • 2 beaten eggs

  • 4 tbsp rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

How to make

Mix it all together, gently fry in a non stick pan (they are delicate so turn gently) and enjoy.
