Good n Green Smoothie Bowl

The perfect snack to fill a gap, or to try for breakfast!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana

  • 1 kiwifruit

  • 2 handfuls baby spinach

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp seeds (we used chia seeds but use whatever you have in)
