Great Greens Smoothie Recipe
This is a fabulous and easy way to get a couple of your daily greens in.
Ingredients
1/2 cup spinach
1/4 avocado
1/2 banana (frozen)
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 cup of milk of your choice
How to make
Simply blend all together in your blender. Voila!
