Power Oat Pancake
Try this delicious, nutritious, power packed pancake for your next breakfast!
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 egg, whisked 
- 2 Tbsp rolled oats 
- 2 Tbsp oat bran 
- 2 Tbsp low fat plain yoghurt 
How to make
1) Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2) Pour into heated non-stick pan.
3) Cook until bubbles appear on the surface then turn over carefully.
4) Cook the other side for around one minute then transfer to a plate.
5) Add desired toppings.
Topping Suggestions:
- Blueberries (1/2 cup defrosted in the microwave) 
- Plain yoghurt 
- Kiwi fruit slices 
- 2 Tbsp seeds such as sunflower and pumpkin seeds 
- 1 tsp cinnamon
