Step-by-step support
Prior to your first appointment
Complete an online questionnaire about your current lifestyle, eating patterns, medical history, and goals.
Initial consultation (60 minutes)
We take a deep dive into your goals, lifestyle and challenges. Your clinician will listen, understand, and start co-creating a personalised plan.
After your session
You’ll receive tailored nutrition and lifestyle advice - plus helpful resources like healthy meal/snack ideas that fit your routine and are easy to implement. Evidence-informed supplement recommendations will also be provided, if appropriate.
Follow-up consultations (15–45 minutes)
provide you with continued support, fine-tune your plan, troubleshoot challenges, and adapt your nutrition as your training, competition schedule, or goals evolve.
