How it works
Step-by-step support
Prior to your first appointment
Complete an online questionnaire about your current lifestyle, eating patterns, medical history, and goals.
Initial consultation (60 minutes)
We take a deep dive into your health story - symptoms, lifestyle, goals, and challenges. Your clinician will listen, understand, and start co-creating a personalised plan.
After your session
You’ll receive tailored nutrition and lifestyle advice - plus helpful resources like healthy meal ideas that fit your preferences and are easy to implement. Evidence-based supplement suggestions will also be provided (if needed).
Follow-up consultations (15–45 minutes)
Provide you with continued support, address challenges, adjust your plan as needed and help you to help stay on track.
