How it works
Step-by-step support
Prior to your first appointment
Complete an online questionnaire about current lifestyle patterns, eating habits, medical history and goals.
Initial consultation (60 minutes)
We take a deep dive into your goals, lifestyle and challenges. Your clinician will listen, understand, and start co-creating a personalised plan.
After your session
You’ll receive tailored nutrition and lifestyle advice - plus helpful resources like healthy meal ideas that fit your needs and routine, and are easy to implement. Evidence-informed supplement recommendations will also be provided, if appropriate.
Follow-up consultations (15–45 minutes)
Provide you with continued support, review what is working and what's not, adjust your plan as needed and help you to manage going forward.
